THERE ARE FOUR CLIPS ON THE HUB CAP TO HOLD IT IN PLACE ON YOUR WHEEL.
The back of these diameter measure 7-3/4" from clip tab to clip tab. The back of the hub cap diameter measures 7-9/16" without measuring the clips.
These are for the cushman rims that fit the above part number, any other application I do not know they will work.
These fit cushman rim part #824989 or the split rim 807278/807279 or other 8" rims. I have included a picture to show you how to measure and where the hup caps fits into.
